1. Labor and Human Rights
Suppliers must uphold the human rights of workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
No Forced Labor:All labor must be voluntary. Suppliers shall not use any form of forced, bonded, indentured, or prison labor. Workers must be free to terminate their employment at any time.
No Child Labor:Suppliers shall not employ workers younger than the legal minimum age in the country or 15 years old, whichever is higher.
Working Hours:Work weeks should not exceed the maximum set by local law. Overtime must be voluntary and compensated at a premium rate.
Wages and Benefits:Compensation must meet legal standards and provide for basic living needs. Illegal deductions are prohibited.
Non-discrimination:Suppliers shall not discriminate based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, or other protected categories.
Freedom of Association:Workers shall have the right to associate freely, join or not join unions, and engage in collective bargaining.
2. Health and Safety
Suppliers must ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
Occupational Safety:Potential hazards must be identified and mitigated through proper procedures, equipment, and training.
Emergency Preparedness:Facilities must be equipped with clear emergency exits, fire alarms, evacuation plans, and first-aid equipment.
Injury and Illness:Suppliers must record and investigate all workplace injuries and take preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Sanitation:Workers must have access to clean drinking water, restrooms, and appropriate rest and meal areas.
3. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must operate in an environmentally responsible and resource-efficient manner.
Compliance:Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
Pollution Prevention:Minimize emissions and discharges to air, water, and land. Implement controls to prevent accidental spills.
Waste Management:Hazardous and non-hazardous waste must be managed responsibly, including safe storage, transport, and disposal.
Resource Efficiency:Encourage efficient use of energy, water, and raw materials, and support recycling efforts.
4. Ethics and Business Integrity
Suppliers must uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Anti-Corruption:No form of corruption, extortion, or embezzlement is tolerated. All business dealings must be transparent and accurately recorded.
No Bribery:Suppliers must not offer or accept bribes or improper advantages to/from any party.
Fair Competition:Business must be conducted in compliance with antitrust and fair competition laws.
Confidentiality:Suppliers must protect Lenoflex’s confidential information and intellectual property.
5. Management Systems
Suppliers must establish systems to ensure compliance with this Code.
Policy Commitment:Suppliers must communicate this Code to employees and partners.
Training:Regular training should be provided to ensure understanding and implementation.
Corrective Action:Violations must be corrected promptly with proper documentation and reporting.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
Lenoflex reserves the right to conduct announced or unannounced audits of supplier facilities.
Suppliers must cooperate fully with audits and provide all requested documentation.
Failure to comply may result in termination of the business relationship.
7. Reporting Violations
Suppliers and their employees are encouraged to report concerns anonymously.
